Is Online Stock the Same as What’s in Store?
Yes, our current online stock is the same as what we carry in store.

*Please note that shares inventory with our storefront location and items may have been previously tried on. 

Can I Order/re-Order Out of Stock Merchandise?
Unfortunately, we cannot order/re-order out of stock merchandise.

How Can I Track My Online Order?
After submitting your order, we'll send you a confirmation email, notifying you that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number. When your order is shipped, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.

It usually takes about one business day from when your order was shipped for your tracking information to appear online. If your tracking information still isn't online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please Contact Us and we can assist you further.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. We will send you an order confirmation as soon as your items have been handpicked and prepped for shipping. The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method selected. For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.

The Checkout Isn't Working For Me? 
- Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.
- Shipping is not available to international freight forwarding companies or hotels.

Can I Pick Up My Order at Solee Shoes on Locke?
Want to pick up your order in-store? No problem! During checkout, select 'pick-up in store". You'll be notified via email when each or all the items are available for pickup at Solee Shoes on Locke in Hamilton, ON.

Bring a valid photo ID and confirmation of your order (either your order confirmation email or pickup notification email) when you go pick up your items.

What are European sizes Compared to American sizes?

How Do I Apply a Promotion Code?
When reviewing your shopping bag online, simply type in your promo code in the field provided. Enter the code exactly as it appears, without any spaces. It can be typed or copy and pasted into the 'Promo Code' box.

Once you've entered the code, click 'Apply Code' to get it activated. When the code has been successfully applied to your order, you'll see the discount value and an adjusted order total. You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it cannot be applied later.
